My sister gave me this pan for Christmas and I love it! It is a cookie sheet that is not your standard size cookie sheet, the standard size cookie sheet is 12X17 (called a half sheet), this pan is 16X22 so it’s quite a bit larger but still fits in your standard oven no problem. It is amazing for large pans of rolls, potatoes, cookies, cinnamon rolls, veggies, you name it, it will cook more of it. It’s so nice to cook a larger quantity while using the same pan. It’s great for large crowds or just when you need to cook a lot of something, something we do a lot in this house. double waffle iron 2Need I say more… It makes two waffles at the same time! It is an amazing invention and we love this waffle iron to pieces (if it’s possible to love a waffle iron like that). My mom and dad gave this little gadget to us for Christmas a couple years ago and we LOVE it. Along with our baby cakes waffle maker (a post I’ll do another day) these are by far our favorite waffle makers. I love that it makes 2 waffles at the same time, it really cuts down on the amount of time you have to spend cooking waffles (and who doesn’t want more time) you can also adjust how hot you get the iron so you can decide if you want them to be crisp or a little softer, it also has the deep groves so it is perfect for Belgian Waffles or regular waffles. This waffle iron is similar to the industrial Belgian Waffle makers you find in hotels or cafeterias. This little guy would make a great Christmas, Birthday or Mother’s Day gift for grandma’s or mom’s, or sisters, or aunts or friends, if you are like me you would be thrilled to have this baby in your kitchen. Enough about how much I love it here’s where you can get it if you want one for yourself. On a chance you might be able to find one at Costco but it’s mostly chance, I haven’t seen them there for a couple years (these babies aren’t super easy to find) and if I remember right the Amazon price right now is cheaper, here is a link for it on Amazon. Granulated California Garlic (not garlic powder or salt, this is real dehydrated garlic)

Real garlic is the best but when you don’t have time to peal the cloves or you just want something to sprinkle on veggies or bread, this is hands down my favorite. This is real granulated California Garlic that has been dehydrated and milled to size, no sodium is added (it’s not garlic salt or powder) or anything else except garlic that’s the main reason I like it so much and it is delicious, it is super strong so you don’ t need a lot when cooking with it. A favorite in the kitchen for sure over at my house. I often use it on my veggies or my homemade croutons, or garlic bread, or when cooking etc. 1tsp = 1 clove of garlic so it’s an easy conversion. I buy this at Costco, I kind of singlehandedly  keep that place in business:).
